With regards to the panorama's ! Honestly i do not know any good websites for it ! But the key is to take multiple shots keeping in mind where you left the last shot and then stitching all the shots in any photo editing software so that it appears seamless and one shot ! However would let u know incase i find any !

I would suggest that you first put in a few artworks and then u can subscribe clubs and submit art there so that u get mileage !
